One of the most difficult parts about going on a low-carb diet is that you can’t eat your favorite foods. We’re so used to eating them everyday, and it’s hard to find replacements for them. But if you want to get started on a low carb diet, there are plenty of ways to make your new way of eating easier.

In general, you’ll want to try and replace high carb foods with low carb ones. For example, if you love pasta, try replacing it with cauliflower noodles or zucchini noodles instead. If you usually drink a glass of orange juice in the morning, try swapping it out for a cup of coffee or tea instead. There are many other substitutions like these that will help make your new diet easier!
